Type Locality of Fundulopanchax kribianus. This was the fifth “study and collecting trip” – as Radda called it – to Cameroon, and it followed the trip to Nigeria described in Nigeria 1974. Some details of the trip and the search for Fundulopanchax kribianus, first found by K. Gaus and M. Kunzl in January 1973, are given in the article A Review of Aphyosemion gulare (Blgr) and its Relatives with the Description of Aphyosemion kribianum nov. spec. There is no further information regarding other killifish collections made during this expedition. |
