Born in Lisbon, Portugal, had his first aquarium at 11 years of age and his first killifish at 17. One of the 11 founders of the Portuguese Killifish Association (APK) in 1998 and its first President. Started collecting killifish in 2006, in Mozambique, with subsequent expeditions to Venezuela, Colombia and Cameroun. Founder and Editor of The Killifish Collections Project. |
