Alberto Reis has been an avid and enthusiastic breeder of killifish for over 30 years, having been a founding member of the Portuguese Killifish Association, president of the Board in the past and currently Chairman of the Board of its General Assembly. He has successfully bred more than 120 species of killifish and has participated in 16 expeditions or short-term visits to killifish biotopes in America and Asia. He regularly lectures and writes articles in various international conventions and technical journals organized and published by the various international killifish associations. |
