ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Note from Fritz Rohde – “This was my first trip to the Amazon. I went with six other fish biologists from the southeastern United States on an “ichthyological dream trip” for all of us. We got Rivulus that I am still unsure of the correct identity but the R. aff. collieri is the same species, based on DNA, that we caught in 2022 further up the Rio Napo with Frans Vermuelen, which we called Napo dwarf. Genetically it is closest to R. collieri and R. speciosus”.
